  • Mental health support during legal battles
  • Expert witnesses and legal resources
  • Administrative hearing support

  • • Grant amounts vary based on case complexity and available funding
  • • All applications are kept strictly confidential
  • • Funds are paid directly to your civilian attorney
  • • Mental health support referrals available for all recipients

Application Process

Our board reviews applications within 7-10 business days and may request additional information.

Step 3

Board Decision

The grant committee evaluates each case based on merit, need, and available funding.

Step 4

Grant Award

If approved, funds are disbursed directly to your chosen civilian attorney.
